Making it legal or illegal won't change the effect on driving while high. Driving while drunk is illegal, yet it is done anyway.

Sorry but if they made it legal, the amount of people trying it or using it would go up, hence the amount of people driving under the influence of it would also go up.

that said, as much as i enjoy pot, i was never the type to know what "kind" i'm smoking. in Cali, you go to the weed clinic and you know what you're getting. my guy doesn't have labels, he just says, "this is the Bold as Love kind... this is medium... and this is middle..." and I usually get the Bold.

Somewhat. Probably a little harder after the buds are dried. Your dealer should know what kind it is by the name. If not, he sucks and shouldn't be dealing. If he doesn't smoke his own stuff it must not be that good... and if he smokes it, at the very least he can tell you about the high.

with dealers, you can't be too choosy eh? i mean... i can't. if it's steady and the sh*t is good, i don't complain!! his way of categorizing is "really good", "good" or "average - does the trick". meh
