who else is trying to finish their unfinished games before x-mas?

I know I sure as hell am. I have a loooong list of unfinished games and I'd like to get through at least a couple of them before I get even more games that I'll never finish. I just finally "beat" fight night round 3, and by "beat" I mean played enough to get 1000/1000 gamerscore. I'm very close to beating Mass Effect, and should be able to finish Dead Space and Halo 3 campaign. There are a few games that will NEVER get finished, like oblivion and burnout paradise.

Anybody else doing the same thing?

I wish I had games to play. Games cost too much, so right now I'm playing Super Mario RPG.

www.GameTap.com has tons of free ad-supported games including Fallout 1.

I'll never catch up since my unplayed games pile grows faster than I can play, but I do want to finish FO3, Mass Effect, Ratchet & Clank 2 and Xenosaga 2 so I can move on to some new games from the pile.

By then maybe the Jasper 360s will finally be in stores.

I couldn't even do that if I wanted to, considering I've got like 15+ games on the shelf like that. If I'm exceedingly lucky, I'll be able to push through Disgaea 3, Phantom Brave, and possibly even SMTDS 1&2 before Persona 4 completely takes over my life.

15+ isn't so bad. I have 70+ which I haven't started. Probably 90% of them are all RPG's, which will consume a lot of time. I haven't even finish DMC 4 which I got for my birthday last year.

I'd like to finish Mass Effect and Lost Odyssey but I can't seem to play either of them longer than an hour or so (usually less) before I get a disc read error. Only seems to happen in some games, mostly graphically intense ones but not always. Just started Fallout 3 and have about 6 hours in with no crashes, not sure if I will finish this one either though, so far I really haven't found the story very gripping and I'm finding that I'm less and less enthusiastic to put it in the console every time.

im still on super mario galaxy. got that on launch. plus the 13 games i have not opened for the 360. plus the 5-6 i have started.

i got like 4 on the wii too.

I need about 2-6 months off work, to really plow through some of the games I've let pile up. So many good ones.

I still have Dead Rising still in the shrink wrap and I got that for my birthday back in 2006.

I'd just like to finish my HOUSE by Christmas, but that clearly isn't going to happen. Some day I'll be able to play my games on a 52" TV in my family room... some day.

I rarely finish games. I've played to many over the last 18 years of my life and lose focus easily. I just finished the COD:WAW campaign and will probably beat Gears2 on co-op.

I use gamefly though, so no rush.

My problem is I get a bit too obsessive compulsive about passing a game and not taking too much damage, having a perfect fight record, and the like. For a generic example, let's say I have a life restore potion in my arsenal, I fight a boss and take so much damage I have to use that potion. In cases like that I restart from the last save point and fight the boss again. Stuff like that really slows me down and it turns gaming into a bit a of chore, I know I need to get over it. I think it's a result of having played really difficult games in the past where you'd have to restart from the very beginning if you didn't play smart all the way through.

Not so bad this year.. I still have Resistance 2, GOW2, Dead Space and of course my GOTY Fallout 3 to finish.. Other than Fallout 3, Im not in too big of a hurry to get through them..

It defiantly seemed more urgent last year.. Other than Mass Effect, and Bioshock I am pressed to think of why off the top of my head. Well, we were playing quite a bit of rockband too.. That might have had something to do with it..

Why on earth would you have 70 games that you havent even started? Do you really dislike money or something?
