Who Has Adelphia Cable Internet?

If so do you have intermittant outages lasting a few minutes a couple of times a day???

They say this is impossible but who knows?? Just want to make sure it isnt just me before I call them again.

Yesterday 4 hours, no probs, today, up and down again. Some days its ok, others its not.

Why did Directvinternet have to go out of business?? So much better.

I have had their cable for about one year and it has been down one time that I can remember. That one time was a major storm.

Is your modem a COM21 cable modem? I recently got Adelphia Powerlink for the second time and would lose internet connectivity intermittently for about 30 seconds to two minutes at a stretch. Long story short: after going a couple of rounds with phone support they sent a tech out to my house and he swapped out my modem with a different brand-problem pretty much solved.
