Of course. I can't imagine a life devoid of physical activity. It's just so unhealthy.

I ride my bike almost every evening. Day before yesterday during my bike ride I noticed that someone still has a "Ho Ho Ho" Santa poster on their door. I guess it's Christmas in July????

Well, lately, I have been getting lazy about doing physical activity. I have trouble with motivation. I have found that for me, the BEST activity is swimming, because you can't really stop without drowning

I do a few pushups and lift just a few weights each evening. I mean like under 5-7 minutes worth, so its not much. I'm not sure if I can do pullups anymore. I am going to get in shape before I head off to college though I think. The problem is that I am working a typical 8-5 job, and it takes 45 minutes to 2 hours of driving to get to work each day, so I really don't have time for too much. And it has been raining for the last few days, so I have not been swimming.

exercises 7 days a week, 150 seatups, 30-40 Pushups, 20lb dumbell 3 sets of eights each hand, lifting dumbell 2 sets of sixteen each arm, and night time activities(not 7 days a week though) .

Reason for this is due to the amount of time i seat in the office my belly was growing faster than anything else on my body so i decided I need some exercise the balance it out. Going on strong at 1.5 months

Keep up the good work.

I'd recommend maybe fixing and cutting some stuff from your diet? I'd also recommend doing squats. Have the dumbells on your shoulders nad squat down and up slowly. Do 20 reps and you will feel it even with no extra weight. Great for your whole body; legs, mid section, back and upper back. This will really help to tighten up your mid section.

I lift weight 4-5days/week for about 1-2 hours/day. I play basketball or something once a week or so. But it's been incredibly hot so I keep my activities indoors mainly.

I just started working out regularly a couple weeks ago. Joined Lifetime Fitness, very cool place. Keeps me motivated when everything you could possibly want is provided.

I'm 6'2" 150lbs... need to bulk up :-/

I don't get enough exercise, but I got motivated now due to Fausto1's getting-geek-butt-in-shape thread.

I go to the gym whenever I can, and I go cycling once or twice a week. I need to go more often though.
