Who here has the COOLEST job?

I think I have the coolest job here: I work for a MAJOR frozen pizza company as a route sales rep. Get to drive a sorta big truck and work out of the freezer in the back where it is usually -10 or so most of the day. Do you want to know the best part though? I get to be off of work and home by 2 pm or so and get to pick up my kids from school and spend practically the whole afternoon with them. Can't beat that, at least in my world.

Now that makes my job look like crap. I work as an Intern at a major player in the automotive website industry. The job is quite monotonous and boring most days, although I do get to surf the Internet during some of the slower times. Some of the people I work with on my team are definitely worth the monotony.

I'm hoping I'll move up to some of the IT Engineer/Network Administration position within the company, in a promotion/move to another department.

I used to have a job that would lend itself to cool stories. I have been in a room filled with cocaine and heroine. Another room filled to the top with sliced monkey brains. I had to get a tuberculosis booster lest I contract it if I got attacked/scratched by monkeys. I have been in a nuclear reactor facility. I got to drive a company car and park almost anywhere in a very crowded city and was required to occasionally drive on sidewalks. There was a major university so the 'scenery' was always good in the summer. I got to take frequent trips outside and had little requirements on how long it took me to complete the task(s) for the day

Sadly 98% of the job was mind numblingly boring

I always described being a crane operator as hours and hours of boredom punctuated by seconds of sheer fucking terror...

My cousin is a marine biologist for the Boston Aquarium and he travels the world collecting and studying fish. Sadly most of the fish he brings back to the aquarium die before they get to the aquarium. Yes he goes into the ocean and catches them with a net.
