Who here knows that the current large fries at McDonalds used to be refered to as a supersize.

Many many years ago meals at McDonalds came with a LARGE fry by default not a medium fry. One day this all change, when McDonald change they size of its fry boxes. Thus the supersize fries during that time became todays large fry. Just some McDonald trivia for you.

Like Captante said, waaaaaaay back, before frys came in little box-like containers, the very small paper holders were quite small, the McD's were all in white tile outside with red and a pair of yellow arches--one arch on each side of the building, and all their sandwiches (and there were very few in selection compared to today) were all wrapped in waxed-like paper, sort of like what a McGriddle is today, but the wax and paper consistency was different.

What you're referring to is "new" history compared to that.

Was this before or after the burgers came in styrofoam boxes?

What you're referring to is "new" history compared to that.

IIRC you could get a plain burger and double burger, cheeseburger double cheeseburger, fish filet, fries, and a shake or coke. It would be nice if they would go back to that original size bag of fries, that really was enough to go along with a burger and coke.

It's called a small, or happy meal, size. I order it whenever I go to McDonalds and don't order the happy meal. I tend to just order the happy meal as it is plenty of food for one person.

If you are 5 maybe.. 4 nuggets and a small fry and a small coke or milk do not constitute a meal. Admit it, you just want to play with the toys.

i was just about to mention that i miss the space jam promotion... the jam pack!
it came with two large drinks, 20 nuggets, and the bucket of fries
