I'm from Bradbury. It is a gated community located near Duarte/Monrovia/Pasadena. It is rated as one of the Top 10 richest cities in the Nation, but very few people even know of its existence. Southern Cali is quite possibly the best place to live, great weather/people/things to do. GO LAKERS, kings can suck my..... well you get the picture.

Better then living out in Pomona, that's for sure. Its really the lesser of two evils. I work about 5 min from LAX, so I'd either be commuting to work or commuting to school. Take your pick.

The drive is far friendlier commuting to school.

I'm here. Can't piss away all my time on the net. I was in 9-409 finishing up a computer program. Sucks to be on campus at 4 PM on a friday doing hw. Do you know we have less than a month till finals?? Ugh, need to stop squandering time here, I keep trying to quit and I keep getting sucked back in.

Man, I agree about living in Pomona, the city is freaking ghetto. Good thing cal poly is isolated by all the freeways. Diamond bar is a pretty nice area tho.

We should meet for lunch some time. It's not fair that you already know what I look like and not the other way around.

As for CA in general, I like it here. The LA area is too crowded for my tastes, but that's pretty much my only complaint. The right places of the bay area are really nice also, but it's too expensive to live there imo.

Now that I've visited my siblings at UCSD several times, I really like the la jolla area. Maybe I should move there after I graduate. Tho where I live later is more up to who hires me than myself.

Checking in . . . Born in East LA, Currently live in the hi-desert near Palm Springs and moving to San Diego next week (damn, the apartments are expensive there!). Usually spend the Winter in Hawaii.

Went to HS in Glendora...went Cal Poly Pomona (bitchin school btw)...now work in San Dimas and live right on the border of La Verne and Pomona.

Point is: all these locales are within 10 miles of one another...

he lives in corona (riverside county). his first house here (AFAIK) was a pretty normal sized 2 story house, and his house now (closer to where i live) isnt too much bigger (the house) than the last one. i knew which house was his when he first got here, but his other house i just know the general area
