I still have a 19" Eizo CRT at my parents place that I use with my laptop sometimes when I visit them. At home, I've been using LCD's since 2003, first a 19" Samsung, then a 22" BenQ.
With the first LCD, blur was a problem. The newer 22" display still has it, but it's not really an issue. You get used to it, just as you got used to the constant flickering of CRTs when used below 120Hz. Other annoyances were the blurry text and the two visible damping wires appearing as horizontal lines across the display.
I mean, some games even add motion blur as a post-processing effect, but you already get it for free with your LCD It might help hide low framerates and aliasing.
