I don't take any daily pills except for vitamins.

I wasn't raised with much and was taught that no matter how bad I have it, there's always millions more that have it worse. Keeps me from being depressed and letting it take over my life so I don't have to create emo threads about rolling up my sleeves.

Im surprised no one has mentioned vitamin D3, 5000iu for starters. No one realizes how important it is during the winter time.

The best thing is its cheap too. I never thought I was depressed. I think I was more like angry and irretable. They have really improved my well being 1000 fold. I suggest and recommend it :thumbsup:

I probably should be on something but my awesome insurance will not pay for me to see a physiatrist but medicare will not pay for one so just running down the mountainside here with no brakes until I hit the bottom.......yay !!!!

I do but not for depression. I take amitriptyline to help me with a sleeping disorder. I can't tell if it helps or not because I wasn't very aware of the issue before.

I'm on Keppra and depression/suicide is a possible side effect. And it does make you damn depressed from time to time.
