I used to be really computer smart. I built my computers, knew about all the latest hardware. Knew about all the best software to use, played lots of games, etc...
Then I went to college, realized that getting laid was alot more fun, and then I finished college and got a job where I sit behind a computer alot.
Now I hate using computers. The only computer I own is a $200 netbook. I couldn't tell you a thing about modern computer hardware, and somewhere along the line I have become resistant to change.
I like using the same old programs I used back in highschool. (windows XP, etc...)
edit: I think the computer thing is kind of like the young adult version of legos. You just grow out of it.
