For the majority of my life, I never ate chinese food. And the chinese food I would eat was either Uncle Ben's rice, some veggies and beef, and soy sauce that my mom would throw together or some frozen eggrolls.
Once I started college, I started going to Chinese restaurants, mostly those like 5-8 dollar buffets where you have like a million choices, and now that I'm out of college, I still find myself eating Chinese at least once a week, and usually twice. Isn't it like the best stuff out there? Sure there's better foods, but I don't think you can find a mix of price, quality, and variety that you can get with Chinese food. Today I had orange chicken, some red beef strip thingies, and lo mein noodles, all for 6 bucks, and this was like 2 pounds of food. (most of it is still in teh fridge).
Who else loves this stuff? I know i'm not alone because in the last 10 years, my town went from having 2 chinese restaurants to having like 15 of em!
