You won't find many people who GUARANTEE 933/133 on a 700.
And if you do, they will charge you a hefty premium for it.
This is unnecessary.
Just make sure you get a cB0 stepping cpu (and they're everyhwhere now for around $220 to $240) and 95% or more of them go to 133 fsb and beyond.
cB0 stepping cpu's "S" code starts with SL44 or SL45. Get the retail version.

Mine ran at 933/133 straight out of the box, with just the retail fan/Heatsink.
I've reached 1001/143 stable in Quake 3 with added cooling.
