Who supplies cases with most quiet 250w PSU?

K, I narrowed down the case manufacturers for me.

A-OPEN, IN-WIN, and..Macase

I'm after a mid case which can house ATX and Micro-ATX form factor boards.
But it's very hard to get any spec on the PSU that comes with them.
I'd like to buy the one that has the most quiet PSU (fan)..

I don't know much about cases, but it's very important for me to get a quiet one.. and I'd like to hear abou them if anyone has any experience with them.

I purchased an ANTEX SX380 Really nice case
Case comes with 300watt psu I can barely here mine. But it also has 2 80mm fans but there optional. But in my opinion is I have a 2 year old and a new born and the new born is in the master bedroom where the computer is on. And i leave the computer always on no problems. But I guess its all a matter of opinion
