That poll isn't biased at all!

I shower in the morning so that I don't have greasy hair during the day. What profession are you in, construction? I honestly don't sweat at all when I go to work, and I don't exercise at all. Exercise = shower right afterward. You'd be surprised how little showering actually does, but I guess you're a germophobe or something. Ignorance is bliss

If you just change your sheets and pillow cases it's really not a problem at all. It sounds like the OP doesn't know to do this.

I shower in the morning. If I feel like I need to take another shower at night, I'll do so. However, working at an office job and/or going to class doesn't exactly make me feel disgusting.

Nice bias in the poll though.

That's what I was wondering. I sweat quite a bit while I sleep. I *always* shower in the morning, and if I'm particularly filthy, also one at night.

I may be fat, but I guess I'm lucky I don't sweat while sleeping.

I do get oily on the forehead, but no sweating. We do knock the house down to 62 for sleepy time.

I cannot go to sleep if I do not take a shower. I mean I can but it feels nasty and I scratch all night and it just feels really weird to have the covers over my dirty body. I normally take a shower right before I head off to bed.

I'm also fat, but I have a couple of friends that are not at all fat, and they sweat far more at night than I do.

That said, there's no way I'd be able to sleep w/ the temp at 62. I need to be really warm... heck, I even have a comforter or blanket something over me in the middle of the summer.

Always right before I head to bed. This is the time where I actually clean thoroughly, shampoo, etc. In the morning, I take a quick wake-up shower, wash the face, and have a quick soap down. During the times I actually exercised, I would take a third right after.

The wording of the question is completely biased.

This may gross some of you out, but I shower every other day (unless I do something extremely sweaty that day) and in the morning (to wake me up or after my morning workout that day). I don't really sweat at work since I'm indoors usually freezing, in a very AC-blowing (almost too much) environment. People in other countries (i.e. in Europe, Asia) shower like every 3 days. No wonder they think Americans waste so much water.

If you want to smell like a Frenchman, have fun conserving water. I prefer to smell clean every morning.

Why the hell would you not, at the bare minimum, take a shower in the morning? I couldn't go all day without taking a shower.

I have 2 reasons for showering in the morning, first off i sweat alot when im asleep, so i need to get rid of that bad odor and greasy skin fealing, second, my hair when i wake up is completely absurd and has to be washed in order to not be crazy all day.

However I often to shower twice in a day, if i do any sort of physical activity, or even if its just really hot outside i will shower at night too. I sweat ALOT, so i end up showering ALOT in order to not reduce BO, and since i can't stand that sweaty fealing. So I probably average 1.5 showers/day during the summer and .8 shower/day during the winter.
