I used to think that too. Then again going to school isn't all that smelly huh? When I worked out in the summer I would always shower in the afternoon and in the morning.

I try to shower at night too.

But seriously, if you smell by night, you should be showering at night also, not just in the morning.

What's wrong with showering ONLY AT NIGHT? Are you going to smell that bad in the morning?

I can't understand going to bed all dirty either. I take a shower at night, and wash my hair in the morning.

I have to work with clients who wouldn't like me smelling up their offices so I have to take a shower in the morning. I also prefer to shower in the evening as long as I have time.

Well, showers can help wake people up in the morning, plus if you're vulnerable to "morning hair" you might want to wash just so you can tame it to an acceptable level.

As for me, I shower in the morning and at night. At night because I literally CANNOT sleep well without a shower, plus it helps relax me and get to sleep quicker. I only wash my face and hair, though. In the morning, I wash everything. If I don't shower in the morning, I feel absolutely disgusting for the rest of the day, in addition to the "morning hair" and "wake-up" benefits in the above paragraph.

I used to do it only at night, but I have gotten into the habit of doing it in the morning. I just feel fresher for class/work that way. But since I usually work out or do something in the afternoon, I'll take a second one at night. Since I am still in a dorm for another semester, I'll continue to take 2 most of the time since I don't pay for the water bill, lol.

I too have bed head like almost all people do but I just use a spray bottle and give my hair a few shots with that, and some hair gel and Im done and ready for the day.
Even though you dont sweat your hair and skin still pick up whats in the air around you for the 12+ hours, then you bring that to bed with you. If you don't wash your sheets but once a week your putting that 12+ hours of funk into your sheets for the 8 hours your sleeping for the whole week getting it really funky at the end till you wash them. Total grossness IMO.

I get in my bed to feel clean and comfortable to sleep the day away and just couldn't if I felt my bed was no cleaner then sleeping on greasy dirt. I would never be able to get to sleep thinking I was sleeping on crud. How could I get all cozy on cruddy, greasy, smelly, sheets, pillow cases, and blankets? I don't have many pet peeves but this is a big one for me. When my wife takes a shower and comes to bed with a soaking wet head and lays her head on her pillow, that drives me up the wall too

I used to as a kid but now as a adult I get to have the air on when ever I want, the right ammont of clothes on, and a celing fan. It keeps me comfortable and the only time I find myself sweating at night in bed is when I am sick.

I don't usually shower at night because I don't really do anything during the day to get dirty (I work at a server farm where even in the summer, temps are in the 60's)... if I was sweating at all or anything during the day, though (especially during the summer... work may be cold, but sometimes I've got to walk 4-5 blocks home), I'll shower before bed as well.

I have very bad dry skin as it is in the winter... two showers would be a nightmare.
