Both acted like babies. After the kid in thepickup brake checked the kid in the Camaro, that should have been the end of it. Pickup had to prove he's just as retarded and immature by blocking the lane.
Camaro is obviously at fault for making a very dangerous maneuver, but pickup is a dick, no question about it.

Lot of people at fault here, in order of highest fault.
1. Camero - obviously driving like a turd-burglar. Tailgating, cutting people off, etc. Classic douche nozzle.
2. Pick-up - decided to be a dick after camero almost hit him from merging and blocked camero in. While he may be getting his revenge on that camero, he is now blocking everyone else in the left lane.
3. The Semi - The semi, while mostly an innocent bystander, saw that the pick up was blocking the camero in. The semi could have let off the gas and given the camero some room to just pass on the right, thus avoiding the entire accident all together.
So let me guess, in your book that exempts the Slowmaro from all the law breaking he did previous right?cars in front of the pickup were long gone after 40 seconds. The pickup was just being a big shot after that. He was silly to be playing games on the road around a semi.
Semi's might not be speeding but most of them drive like jerks on the road too. You don't have to be speeding to drive like a jerk.

IMO the 36 second mark is attempted manslaughter. You turn into an occupied lane where the other vehicle has nowhere to go you are trying to get them hurt in the name of your little hurry. Where was Camaro boy going? Have to get home to his Xbox? sorry his hurry and yours are not that important.

There is no right to immediately vacate the way to a speeding vehicle. Pass in the passing lane does not mean break the law and speed by, it means take the passing lane to go past slower traffic. This may take a while, it's not like everyone has to pass a car at 10-15 mph in the fast lane.

The Camaro driver didn't cut to close. He lost control on the dirt causing him to shoot to the right suddenly.
I'll give them 50% each (ruck driver and Camero). Camero for trying to cut in at the very beginning and causing the ruck to swerve, and then the fucking asshole idiot ruck driver for blocking traffic on purpose because he's pissy.
Camaro drivers a dick, but I hope that pickup driver got a good lump on his head as well. He deserves it.
