Already went over this. The point of cop watch is to prevent police abuse. Many cops are White and racism is color blind as to whom may be infected by it.

I would prefer that psychological training and testing be employed to weed out racist applicants to police academies. It is terribly important in my opinion, also, that cops and the people they serve develop integrative social interactions. Too many camel bones and you forget what a real camel looks like. Too much interaction with criminals and everybody not wearing blue begins to look like one too. This needs to be recognized and prevented from taking root.
