I lost faith in McCain long ago, about the time they showed him admitting to calling the Vietmanese; "G**ks." Yes he spent an eternity in the Hanoi Hilton, and suffered more than I ever will, but seriously comdemning an entire population for the actions of a few? Call me PC or whatever you wish, but what's in your heart eventually rolls out your mouth.

Many of the Vitenamese were our friends and helped us. Those we deserted and left to die.

Well, yes I DO have to ask, because I see an intelligent, competent, talented politican and public servant (i.e., Hillary) who could do a great deal of good repairing the damage done by dumbya. It is not 'obvious' to me why Hillary as president would be a problem. Please explain, in detail, just exactly what is so awful about her. If she is anything like her husband, the USA has eight years of economic prosperity to look forward to if she wins the Presidency.

Well it's pretty clear by this simple poll that the Republican's only chance against Hillary is a McCain/Gulliani ticket.

Even then when you factor in the women vote they don't have a chance against Hillary.

However as the OP failed to do if you put a Condi/McCain or Gulliani ticket the Republicans may have a chance to beat Hillary.

I wonder who Hillary will pick as her running mate is the main question.

It would be a mistake if she picked another woman like Boxer.

Actually Newt is a pretty good speaker. Not nearly as good as Hillary's hubby, but then again who is? Bill Clinton is one of the best speakers since Hitler (note: not comparing anything here other than their public speaking ability, of course).
