Wolverine27 - You lucky bastard! How did that happen? Was your order just delayed, and then they couldn't fill it, so they offered something better? My iron order was just closed without explanation! I don't think they will call me since my order is closed and not pending. I would have loved if they offered me to get something else instead of getting NOTHING.

Stilinsm and Plucky,

I made my purchase the week of Jan. 19th. I originally ordered a set of Tommy Armour Evos. I was offered Mizuno Comp EZ forged as the replacement. I was amazed that someone actually called me...at my office no less. I was going to cancel, but then just decided to wait it out since my card had not been charged yet. Boy am I glad. I'll let you guys know if I actually get them

oh, my order was on the 25th.. and it has been closed by them... .so I doubt I'll get anything. You're lucky you ordered your stuff way back before they were flooded with orders. I hope you do get your irons!

Darn... I tried the phone number for Costello but got an automated system that said I had to type the name of the person I wanted to connect to them. Doesnt work for Costello John. Man, I want my fishing rods!!

Anybody got an email address for these d**kheads? I place an order on 1/26 and it has been closed. Would have been nice if the a**holes would have at least emailed and said that the order couldn't be filled.

I tried to call Costello's office using the extension 2678 but all I got was the operator who said "your call did not go through". Oh well.

anyone having any luck calling non-customer support. I foolishy returned an item 3 weeks ago (they sent me the wrong item). I can't get hold of anyone to verify if they received it. Emails are futile. Time to contact CC company and dispute I guess.

A order for a set of golf clubs that I placed two weeks ago suddenly (today) went from "Your order has been received." to "Items have been viewed and printed."

Probably just a prelude to "Your order has been cancelled." but one never knows.

I have one 7 wood thats at the UPS site in the meadowlands....as I type...the rest of my orders were all nuked. A total of 15 items on 5 orders. No BB hawkeyes for 175.00. Damn. But I am happy to get one item. One of the best deals of the year. A 250.00 club for 95 shipped. TOo bad they didn't throw the rest at us all! I had orders in at 1pm est. on the 25th....Oh well

Has anyone whose orders status is shipped received anything from MVP yet? If so, who was the shipping company. My bro-in-law's order says shipped but has a wacked tracking number.

Man, didn't know so many have the same problem as me. Order a jack for planetoutdoors which become mvp a few days later. RMA it because of the size too small. Well, they got the package back on jan 2, 2001. Confirm by USPS tracking and a talk with CSR (when they still pick up the phone) It is over six weeks now and no refund, no email and no telephone. I was wondering if it is too late to dispute the charge with my CC?

Crystal, I'm in the EXACT same situation as you. No refund or emails, or calls.. I've tried calling them, they kept telling me that my refund was being processed... called my credit card company the other day and apparently its not to late to file a dispute. Good luck

With some server fighting, I was able to log into MVP.com today. On the site, my order is listed as "closed". The online order summary lists that I have been credited for the unshipped item, but I have not seen an email about this yet. Oh well, I guess I will have to eat Scheels' prices if I want a Cub jersey now (they barely dropped prices this winter during the clearance sale).
