Well, that's definitely not current. Because NO CURRENT GOES THROUGH THAT CABLE. It's just digital/analog signals to the monitor. I bet you're missing something really obvious here...is your CD ROM drive spinning a lot? Hard drive?

Maybe the Loltrons are backing up before the dampers and causing cavitation. I suggest either a higher pressure rated cord or reducing the flow velocity, coupled with a release valve. If it keeps up, you might want to have the entire system flushed.
