OK, since Kerry would obviously do better on the global warming standpoint, he's definitely "cooler" than Bush.

i find most of my friends will always be able to laugh at something funny, even at their own guys expense.
assuming its not my friends from the right. maybe they just heard too many bush jokes and are tired of it now.

but i agree witht he above statement that neither one of these guys is cool.
kerry just doesnt even try (maybe if he just hung out on a couch somewhere being aloof, id mistake him for being cool) and bush isnt smooth enough to be cool.

All these movie stars, rock stars, celebrities support Kerry so he is definitely cooler in my opinion.
Toby Keith is the only musician I can think of that supports Bush.
But this is really a NON-ISSUE.

Kerry is cooler, but he's really toned it down for the election....

I read an opinion piece the other day that listed the kind of stuff he does in his free time, play guitar, windsurf, high dollar bicycles, etc, color me impressed.

I think he's toned it down to avoid more of the "he's a billionaire elitist" criticism.

I think I voted Nader...but I'm not sure that was correct. Seems like Nader would be more likely to take a bong hit than either of those other guys.

Between Bush and Kerry? Meh...neither one of them as ever presented themselves as cool. But at least Kerry hasn't presented himself as a cowboy boot wearing poser. So I'd have to give that one to kerry by default...not merit.

Well I wouldn't say Kerry is cool, but he's much cooler than Bush. I'm defining un-cool here as the person I would stay the hell away from at a party or the bar. Bush's awkward speaking abilities and even more awkward smirk/laugh makes him the type of person you escape conversation with at all costs.

As a windsurfer I lean towards Kerry as being cooler. Plus, Kerry was willing to do an interview for MTV and a Q/A article in GQ that really shows him in a different light.

Yeah, I tend to agree - neither one is what I'd consider cool, and Nader somehow manages to be even less cool than the major-party candidates.

I voted Badnarik. That guy doesn't pay his taxes, refused to get a driver's liscense (but still drives), and is an ex-computer guy. He's a total nut-job, which is pretty cool, in my book.
