Who's going to see Rocky Balboa?

Now that Rocky Balboa is getting very good reviews, are you guys going to check it out in theaters? I haven't watched a Rocky movie in theaters so I'm definitely going to check it out

I've never seen any of the Rocky movies in full nor really cared much about them but for some reason I want to see this one.

I saw this the other day in a sneak preview. I thought it was great. A much better ending to the series than Rocky V. It helps to have seen the previous movies because you get those feelings of nostalga but I think it's a good movie for people that have never seen a Rocky movie.

I'll see it just b/c it's Philly and it's Rocky! Doesn't hurt that most of the critics love it too.

I just got back from this movie. Man the movie was a lot of fun! People were cheering from the music that played at the beginning.

Then of course, the training montage, more people started cheering and that was a great scene.

I won't spoil the fight, but it was as great fight with a lot of emotion, and I liked the camera work (it looks like a real boxing match on tv, not a hollywood fight). THere was one point in the fight where everyone in the theatre just started clapping and cheering (and if you saw it you know damn well what part it was).

If you liked the other Rocky movies, you have to see this. It will bring back a lot of memories and emotion from the older movies. I have to say this is the first movie I've ever actually clapped in during the movie, and I had to actually catch myself and stop lol.

1-4 are good, 5 sucks. 4 is a love it or hate it... many consider it one of the best, many consider it one of the worst. I think you'd like it, because he fights the Russian commie bastard.

Talia shire aged horribly, but I don't know if thats the reason

Sly said that in order to make the character believable again, he had to break him by taking away Adrian. It didn't have anything to do with Talia Shire, and in fact he said it was a really difficult thing to tell her that Adrian would be dead in this one.

Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing it this weekend.
