Who's more funny than Dane Cook?

I'm a big Dane Cook fan, but it recently came across this site:

it shows some striking similarity between his work and an earlier comedian's.

Regardless of whether or not he stole material, i still think he's great.

Though Mitch will always hold the #1 spot in my heart!

I LOVE his overacting. A bit that comes to mind is when he's talking about being at McDonalds and asking for ketchup. "The chicken sengwich the heckler and the kabbash" track, around ~6 mins in. "where are my bones?" LOL

Wow, Dane Cook really is the worst 'commedian' of all time. He is so insanely awful that anyone who thinks they like him must be under 16 years old and never heard a someone who truly is funny before in their lives. He is freaking awful.

Listen to Mitch Hedberg, or older stuff like Robin Williams, Eddie Murphy or even newer old stuff like Denis Leary, Chris Rock or Dave Chappel.

another vote for Brian Regan. He's hilarious and all his stuff is clean (if you care about that)

a lesser known but still good comedian who is very similar to Dane is Nick Swardson (you might recognize him from Grandma's Boy, Benchwarmers or Malibu's Most Wanted)

Nick is great. Ive alway liked Dave Attel as well. plus many others that have been mentioned.

Dimitri Martin is good. He has his own style and can crack a joke without changing the expression on his face. And the punchlines aren't nearly as predictible as other comedians.

Dane Cook is a hack, a joke thief, and (based on watching that awful Tourgasm show) a whiny douchebag. He's a handsome guy and a relentless self-promoter, hence his success, but he is at best a 40th-percentile comic.

I could only handle about 5 minutes of Dane Cook before I had to turn it off. He acts like a 3 year old freaking out on stage like a monkey. And was not in the least bit funny. I was so dissapointed.

Dmitri is by far one of my most favorite stand up comedians. I am glad his skits on the Daily Show have gotten better, he deserves to be on that show.
