On a side note I lost my home in single player so I started again and now I'm kind of annoyed cause I happened to build my house like in the middle of a spawn point for those exploding cactus looking things. So if I go out at night I have to have some cooked ham and a sword to survive now... the only bonus I'm getting out of it is a ton of gunpowder.

I currently have mine limited to 10 due to server instabilities that the developer needs to clear up. I'd like to bump it back up to 20 eventually.

Well I picked it up tonight. I just started a single player to get the hang of it then I'll jump on.

I tried some farming but it seems like a lot of time for little gain. In fact because I play it safe and go right to my shelter at night, I've only lost health from the stupid creepers, well, creeping up on me a few times, and I have several grilled pork in stash still. I'm probably doing farming very inefficient though. I guess food could become very important though and I rarely see pigs around.

Also, when you mine the regular gray stone, you end up with cobblestone. Cobblestone can be turned into stone with the smelt. Is there any advantage to stone over cobblestone?

How do you manipulate water? I built a bucket but I can't seem to do anything to the water with it. Also...what do I do with the water? I would like to build a moat.

Pick water up from an ocean/lake and pour into a ditch.

Where you place it will be the "spring" and water will flow outwards from there. You'll need a few trips to fill a moat.

Find diamonds yet in our huge burrow?

We expand and add tracks soon. So we can bring ore up to the surface for building a giant sphynx or something once they fix minecarts.

They need a set spawn system.

Or maybe you can build a teleported and assign it a number.

Redstone+Diamond= teleportation pad

More power outage fun in the middle of the night, wife woke me up at 3am to let me know the power was out, it came back on around 5am, but I was too sleepy to drag myself downstairs to start booting stuff back up.

Excel Power truck sat out on the street outside my house for like 2 hours tho, the 2 dozen or so giant flashing lights made me wonder if I was about to be abducted.

No weight allowance at all. Just slot space. You have maybe...just a guess.. 48 slots and 12 slots on your bar .

they should allow you to fashion backbacks for more space! But you can build chests in your lair to hold loot

Been working on building a very large room with a glass ceiling for a few hours on my local game. Good god, it is so satisfying to smash up bricks and build stuff...


WOW. What a waste of a night I had last night!

Oh yeah, flooded a cave last night and had a lot of fun controlling the water and making a small river that flows through...WOW. Great game for the imagination...modern day LEGO®
