Anyone here fly first class regularly? That's a good indicator of realistic wealth.

1. What's it like, how'd did you get there? Was it gradual or sudden?
2. Was it inhered?
3. How is your actual quality of life? I go home 2pm everyday & WFH 2x/week. Very comfy. Are you better than this?

Not really a good indicator because of all the airline miles I've racked up for business travel, I always fly first class.

So rich I don't fly at all. Those things are deathtraps. Can't enjoy your opulent wealth when you're dead!!

I guess you have an irrational flying phobia.

Driving is multiples more dangerous than flying.

It calculated the odds of dying in a motor vehicle accident to be 1 in 98 for a lifetime. For air and space transport (including air taxis and private flights), the odds were 1 in 7,178 for a lifetime, according to the table.

In absolute numbers, driving is more dangerous, with more than 5 million accidents compared to 20 accidents in flying. A more direct comparison per 100 million miles pits driving's 1.27 fatalities and 80 injuries against flying's lack of deaths and almost no injuries, which again shows air travel to be safer.

1. What's it like, how'd did you get there? Was it gradual or sudden? It was quite sudden. I stepped on the plane and there it was, first class.
2. Was it inhered? No, our flight was cancelled and we got in the first class line instead of steerage when rescheduling our flight. So the airline put us in first class. This says a lot about the stupidity of the system.
3. How is your actual quality of life? I go home 2pm everyday & WFH 2x/week. Very comfy. Are you better than this? - I get laid regularly.

Bold responses in bold.

I am poor and right now I am living in a Shantytown and luckily my next door neighbor is letting me share his wifi. Feel free to donate money to me. Hit me up via PM. I make $150 USD per year

I'm so not rich that I don't give a shit about that anymore. I get by and enjoy many things by virtue of free time.

only thing stopping me from retiring decades early is health care uncertainty.

makes no sense to give up a 6figure job if 5years from now healthcare is $25k/yr.

kinda like that retired pro basketball player in his 30s who took a job as a school crossing guard for the healthcare.
you only work like 3hrs a day. (1.5hrs in the morning and 1.5hrs in the afternoon.)
he can retire after 10yrs and get lifetime free healthcare.

me? judge told me to stay away from kids
