Just curious. When I was growing up, only young people ran and lifted weights (well, except Jack LaLanne). That changed over time, now there are 60- and 70-year olds running marathons. So, for all the middle-aged and older folks reading this, are you doing serious running and/or weigh-training? If so, how has your training program changed over the decades? (I've slowed down a little, but after being at a plateau for ten years, my motivation has suffered).
