Bill Hicks is by far my favorite of all time. Richard Pryor and Lenny Bruce are some of my favorite older comedians while Louis CK and Bill Burr are some of my favorite more recent comedians.

I used to like Gaffigan, CK, Carlin, Hedberg and others a whole lot. And then I listened to Mike Birbiglia. Sometimes he's on another level that even other top comedians cant generate in terms of awkwardness and laughter.

And to the "no love for Dane Cook...." Who the fuck would like a joke thief? It's similar to listening to a Journey cover band. You've heard the sounds before, but the delivery is just plain awful and more likely than not, annoying.
