I think jews make up something like 1-2% of the population of america. That means maybe 1 poster out of 100 is jewish.

however, I think It's more that when we see very old people working, it's because they still physically can, so we have a perception that working old people are still with it.

I know many elderly workers who should have thrown the towel in a long time ago.
