Officially it's known as Washington's birthday, but we lump Lincoln in there as well and call it President's Day. I would have felt cheated back when I was in school, but it generally occured during February vacation, so I had the whole week off anyway.

I was drunk last night when I started this thread

Oh well......Im still unsure if I was whining but I dont think that was my original thoughts. Im just confused why we would celebrate and have parades in the name of a man that has done things like he has done. If we are going by 3rd grade history books....then maybe I am a "doofus"...but then again if we actualy by into everything this country has tried to tell us and think its the complete truth....
