seriously? women naturally have more body fat than guys do. estrogen keeps the fat on them. in fact if their body fat gets too low, they lose their monthly cycle.

Hey bud, I'm 19 years old, in good shape, and only weigh 110 pounds. It's not because I don't eat, my body just metabolizes things really quick.
Most women have that pouch of fat because they are skinny-fat due to lack of exercise along with a poor diet. It could also be due to poor posture/muscular imbalance/lordosis. The fact that females carry more fat due to estrogen and the lack of testosterone is also a factor.

I don't know his height so I can't really say whether or not he is healthy. However, if he is short, that weight is no problem at his age. I was about that weight when I was 19 and I'm 5'4".
