how come even the girls who look mad skinny in dresses and stuff always have a little buldge on their stomach at least? obviously there are some exceptions like super models but what i am saying is that if a dude is in even decent shape, they dont have any buldge
I think that area of the stomach is the hardest fat to get rid of, probably because it is supposed to be there.
Think of those MILF pornos. They always have a crazy saggy stomach that flops around when the dude is banging the MILF. The only ones that don't have that probably didn't have kids or had a tummy tuck.

Naturally skinny people, who don't do much exercise but maintain their figure, are going to have a little "flab" on their stomach.
However, if you look at only people who routinely exercise (and do more than only running), and then divide that group into Men and Women - more men than women will have a little flab in the stomach. And for people who regularly exercise, that "flab" is basically nothing more than a little abdominal wall fat that prevents a 6pack from showing. Men are more genetically predisposed to retain a little fat on the abdominal wall.
You cannot look at people who just maintain a naturally "fit" look - without the exercise, just about nobody can lose the entirety of excess fat on the abdominal wall - unless they starve themselves routinely.
i went to the gym with this girl 1-2 times a week at least last year and she would also go running/to the gym on her own and she still has belly fat. not to mention i think she is border line anorexic and never eats
on the other hand, my roommate (male) would go to the gym maybe once or twice a week and never run and he doesnt have any belly fat

What's a good exercise that targets the belly area? I'm trying to get rid or at least, decrease the bulge there. And yes, I'm trying to watch what/how much I eat and exercise more. Crunches?
