Don't point the finger and say "every one does it" because that's false - everyone doesn't do it.
Don't try to say it's OK for my guy . . . because either guy did it too, or might do it.
I don't give a damn which 'Party' any official belongs to, Dem, GOP, or Indy . . .
If they are crooked they should get the maximum penalty for their infraction, keep them the hell out of Government - they don't belong there.
If they are responsible people working for the good of their constituents, that's fine, but don't defend the indefensable.
I expect , at a minimum , that a Polititian in any office that may affect every citizen in the country, to be above reproach and not tied to criminal activity.
