On my Android 4.4 KitKat phone, when I am browsing the internet on it I notice that it suddenly becomes a lag-fest whenever I am on "flash" heavy websites and whenever I scroll down to the "disqus" comments section.
For example, when I'm browsing infowars on my phone I notice an article will load, and then slowly get slower and slower before the browser crashing completely and displaying the "we couldn't open that page" page with the little "dead" looking Android icon. I also notice this happens when I try to open the Disqus comment section, I'll tap the "comments" link and the little Disqus "loading" wheel will spin and spin, before the page once again crashes and I get the "dead" Android icon.
I notice a similar pattern on Breitbart, which is so bad it crashes within a few seconds of landing on the home-page. It seems the common theme is that all of these websites are very "flash" heavy and are loaded with "flash" based ads plastered off to the side and bottom and everywhere next to the main content/article.
Anyone else experience these sudden browser crashes and super slow lag when browsing websites with heavy "flash" usage and Disqus comments?
The Disqus comments section is basically unusable on my phone, I would say it crashes 80% of the time shortly after the little "Disqus loading wheel" does a few spins. Even when the "Disqus loading wheel" completes and the comments section finally is displayed, it crashes shortly thereafter.
On the other hand, on my desktop both "flash" heavy websites and Disqus comment threads display just fine without issue.....
EDIT: I experience these problems on both the mobile FireFox app as well as the mobile Chrome app.
EDIT: I notice the same thing over on my WCCFtech account, I'll be on my phone and go to scroll down to the "Disqus" comment section to argue with fanboys and then before it ever loads it fails exactly like always.... "we couldn't open that page" with the dead Android face icon. The "Disqus loading wheel" spins and spins and then the browser crashes, every time. As with the other sites, the WCCFtech pages load just fine on my desktop with no issues.
EDIT: Just noticed I may have posted this in wrong forum, mods please move to correct forum when you get a chance, thank you.
