Why does @Home suck for people

WHAT really suxs is the upsteam still capped to 15kb!!
Also their customer service suxs. so don't call jus figure it out yourself.. also for installation they messed up my whole cable connection for the whole house.. and im not the only one this happened to.. i know prety
