Anyway, gravity can not keep the hydrogen and helium in atmosphere (just the heavier gasses)
And there is an equilibrium between the ozone content, the oxygen content and free oxygen atoms content in the atmosphere at high altitude. Some factors (like the CFC) shift the equilibrium against ozone, others in favor of it
