Why does Valve website have Half-Life 3 logo?

I think majority doesn't deserve HL3. Hell, some don't even deserve the privilege of playing HL2.

Personally I think they should never make HL3 but publicly announce that each time HL3 news are fabricated, they push back the release by 5 years.

Yeah, better leave it alone. Last thing I need is another masterpiece that gets 7/10 on IGN and kids crying in forums because a solution to a problem in the game wasn't telegraphed enough.

This is an educated guess but here's how half life 3 ends:

Alyx gets kydnapped by baddies. Freeman rescue her. Freeman kill the G-man who is the evil villain in final boss battle, Freeman save the world and reunite with Alyx who then kiss him. Then freeman get married to Alyx and game ends with them going to honeymoon where the players assume he is putting his peepee in her vagina.
