They're just like any other site that speculates on stuff.

A lot of the stuff isn't speculation though.

To be fair, that slide is a bit inconclusive. It clearly labels the L3 as "LLC", or Last Level Cache- implying that they are not classifying the eDRAM as a traditional cache. So the points on that slide about "cache" being shared between CPU and GPU don't necessarily refer to the eDRAM,

It "introduces" models with large cache, implying that they weren't there before. L3$ was certainly there on SNB and IVB.

Effectively, the eDRAM is not considered cache. "Sharing" refers to LLC:

I don't think any real tech person things fudzilla is reliable, though their articles do have truth to them. Some a lot of truth, others much less, but either way it makes for good conversation starters.

While I agree that Fudzilla is often wrong like most rumour sites you're link is hardly cast iron proof - it's just a single bullet point in a marketing slide.
