I think the all season tires that came stock with the car shouldn't be bad.

It's just the Mazdaspeed3 came stock with summer tires and we had a really bad snow storm in 2010 (Northeast)

Congrats...should be a very fun car.

The car is very fun to drive in the high rpm ranges. very agile and responsive, it inspire a lot of driver confidence.

On the way to work today I saw 4 cars in the ditch. Not joking.


I'm always blow away when people will spend $30,000 on a new car, but they won't spend $500 on winter tires and they end up writing the car off in a ditch somewhere.

So you got the Civic because it came with all-seasons and skipped the MS3 because it came with performance summer tires? :\

I hated my Civic so much. (Had an LX Automatic tho.) It rattled like crazy, the tranny was crap and everything fell apart inside.

That said - I still find myself wanting another one to play with. lol

Maybe the guy who bought his Speed3 didn't change the tires either and found himself in the ditch or wrapped around a telephone pole :awe:
