FYI I have 0% knowledge when it comes to IT.

I get straight to the point.

I use Mozila and every time I load a page it LAGS and freezes. Literally every time I click advance forward, it takes 10 seconds to load. For example, when I'm on Twitch TV it takes 10 seconds to load the users Twitch page. This happens on every website I go on. Also 90% of the time when the page loads up, I can't click on anything because it freezes randomly. WTF is happening? Help pls.

I really appreciate some help.

I tried on many browser and same stuff is happening.

Sorry for my grammar I am from Sweden. :awe:

If you tried "many browser", and by that, you mean non-Mozilla-based browsers, like IE and Chrome (and with Win10, Edge), and they ALL do the SAME thing, then it has nothing to do with your browser, per se. It's either your machine (out of RAM, slow HDD, bad HDD?), or your internet connection (dropped packets, overloaded servers, poor DNS response time).

Edit: Can also be caused by excessive ads and scripts on modern web sites, and a too-slow CPU in the PC. Try running NoScript in Firefox, and possibly an ad blocker too.

Edit: What are your machine specs and internet connection specs? Have you considered running a DNS benchmark?

Edit: We can help, just need some overall specs, and confirmation that you are seeing this with all browsers.

It could be Flash Player, if you have that installed.

Good questions VL. Is this a desktop or a laptop? If a laptop, is it happening in more than one location?

Yep I tried GC and IE.

I'm on a gaming laptop. My Specs.

and I'm using a SSD the Samsung 840.

My internet is pretty fast. I'm 110% sure it's not my internet connection.

Flash player? Should I download or not?

I really appreciate your kind answer

Those are decent specs. (i3 2.4Ghz, 8GB RAM)

Oh? You've done a speedtest, traceroute to your servers, ping test, and DNS benchmark?

Not if you don't already have it installed. If you do, you should update it to the newest version.

I noticed it said you are running Win10 Pro. Did that come pre-installed, or was it an upgrade from 7 or 8.1? If so, did you follow up with a clean install after initial upgrade successful activation?

I'm wondering about the network stack state, and the drivers.

Edit: Also, do you have any third-party (non-MS) anti-virus or security suite software, or Malwarebytes Premium installed? Anything that might have installed a proxy or might be filtering your web access?

Edit: First thing to do, is connect your laptop to the router with a wired ethernet cable, and see if you have the same issues. (Wireless can be flaky.)

Yep I've done a speedtest. I get around 30up and 5down

I think I have flash player? If not I will download it.

I upgraded from Windows 8 > Windows 10 pro. I did a clean install.

I only have ccleaner and windows defender. I have no viruses.

I don't have a Ethernet cable lol. ;_;

I will reply back to you tommorow but pls feel free to comment I will reply back ASAP when I get on tommorow. I really need to sleep now my eyes are bleeding

Definitely sounds like something specific to your PC. I install Firefox on every PC I work on from lower end laptops, to old XP desktops and never had it be slow unless the PC was unusually slow due to hardware, malware or software issues.

Does it do the same thing in safe mode?

Take a look at Task Manager and Resource Monitor while you're seeing these issues to try and determine what's happening when it freezes. Check the disk activity and processor utilization.

First scan your system with kasperksy or Avast. If not solved then format your OS installed drive and install OS again. Hopefully your problem will solve. But scan your system first with antivirus

Remove, clean install Waterfox (if you have 64 bit OS and processor), install uBlock Origin extension. Should be very fast.

For a select few sites, Chrome loads faster but my daily driver is Lawlietfox or PCXFirefox depending on how I feel at the time of installation on a given system. The former is a bit more consistently fast.
