Why is my mouse interfering with my TV Tuner?

I have one of those cheap Cybermail TV tuners with the BT878 chipset. When I move my mouse I hear a buzzing noise. I have tried both regular and optical mice, also ps/2 and usb and everyone causes the interference. Anyone else have this problem? Im almost sure it hasn't always done this but I havn't changed anything since I first put it in.

aDub, first off, welcome to the AT forums As for your question, if you look at your hardware in the device manager, is all cool?

Yep, everythings fine. I'm using the generic drivers I found at tv-cards.com.
