You live in Tennessee, it would be unconstitutional to ask you to have an education or to mind your own business. Seriously, look at the second article of the TN constitution. It has clause talking about people like you.

And you being an inbreed from ROLL TIDE, would never have an original thought that would make you think to pull your finger out just slightly from your nose so that the blood at least can get to your primitve functions..

How in the hell is his smoking in his car inflicting you?

You know what, my parents smoked all the time. I don't. I hate the nasty habit. And I hate it when I see it, but I'll be damned if I'm going to let the government come in and tell me how to raise my kids.

How about we make it illegal to drink beer in front of children? hmmm.......

What the fvck is a mOmO? Is that some type of backwoods TN insult? Anyway, every 6 month old child has free will. If you are willing to smoke around them, then I have to think you are passing on ignorant, tainted genes, so the best bet would be that both of you live short lives.

Stop being such an ass mill.. You know just as well as I do there are many careless parents out there in this world, and while I do not believe you should require a "license" to have children, something should be done about careless parents... I've seen oh too often parents letting their 3 year old child run in the store, and 5 mins later they come in after them. In that 5 minutes, all hell could have broken loose. Smoking... It should be illegal to object a child to something that is a known carcinogen (sp?) when they have no choice. You know just as well as I do a child won't just get out of a car if their parent is taking them to a birthday party or something of the like.

Do you smoke? Do you have children? If you answered yes to both of these questions then feel free to not smoke in your car...otherwise get the fvck out of my life and take the gov't with you. Gov't is intrusive enough already.

Post a single article or link that says one contraction in a paragraph detracts from the grammer, spelling, or function of writing. You're not even out of highschool are you?

Wah, wah, wah.

WHen did we make the leap from someone else smoking with their own children in their own car to someone inflicting anything on you?

Hence I can associate you with nanny state nazis and want your kind off the planet. Or possibly in some country where govenment runs the lives of its citizens.

Also how is it stupid and ignorant to smoke with a child in the car? Careless, yes. Irresponsible even.

Doesn't matter. We don't need "more" laws to legislate what people do with their children or with themselves. I'm not being an ass. This guy asked a stupid question.

Stupid, No.

Sorry, it is stupid and ignorant. Maybe YOU should peruse the dictionary more often. Regardless, I'm hardly a nanny-stater. Your zealotry must be interfering with your delusional self. I'm on your side in this debate. There is no reason for more laws about something like this. I'm tired of people screaming there should be a law about something every time they see something they don't like. Maybe read my posts for context next time instead of making stupid assumptions. However, I love that you try to say it isn't ignorant or stupid. It simply is. You should have a right to be stupid or ignorant however, but don't expect help from the government or I when you fvck yourself over. Simple as that.
