She's got that awkward normal person ability that most actors can't pull off and is in high demand right now. I wasn't familiar with her name, so I IMDB'ed her and she's been in a bunch of movies I've seen, but the only one I recognize her from is Sunshine Cleaning. I liked it, but I wouldn't consider it an especially great movie. She's sorta like an American Emily Blunt it seems to me (which incidentally she's been in at least two movies with).

She really reminds me of someone I know in real life actually. If you consider them based on looks and personality you wouldn't consider them anything special but they seem to have something extra that gets them far more attention than they would otherwise receive.

Please give examples of this "bad acting". Every movie I've seen her in she's actually pretty good.

I looked up her filmography, and every movie she's been in has sucked (with the exception of Doubt, but that wasn't good because of her). And her looks are decent, but millions of women are hotter.
