Why isn't Clinton in jail?

Just wondering why Clinton isn't in jail yet? I'm referring to the hundreds of last-day presidential pardons and hundreds of millions that showed up in his bank the day after. Is he even under investigation?!

I'll clairify a little. Any president can legally pardon anyone at all for any reason or for no reason. There is one exception. A president cannot pardon someone for a fee.

Note, the following are all legal as long as the money isn't specifically for the pardon:
1) A president can be given money and pardon at a later time.
2) A president can be given money at the same time.
3) A president can be given money after the pardon.

But yeah - he has no restrictions as to who he can pardon. But the guy has been newsmedia raped enough, I doubt he needs any more attention.

no, not really... i just really dont believe Clinton did anything wrong. I'm still waiting to see some proof of these millions that showed up in his account after the pardons.
