why newegg rocks

Subject: Free gift(s)

I had placed an order earlier this week (and just one now in fact) and forgot to request my "Free gift" with the order. Would it be possible to request those now? I love all my newegg.com trinkets and gizmos.

If you can that would be great. If you can't I full understand.

I was happy with them till recently, Ive spent the last month and a half trying to get a refund on a item I returned, Im about to dispute the charges with my credit card. I've talked to a dozen people, all saying it will be fixed, still not done.

newegg is only good for small ticket items for me now....as they now charge tax for NJ residents. but their customer service and shipping are still top notch!

isnt newegg making like close to $500 mil a year? thats a lot for an estore!!

I have always like them but shipping is getting mighty expensive lately.

Anybody know of any other company that offers great service and better shipping rates as well as a competitive price.

newegg is great, but they've been slipping with the prices lately, especially with all those shipping costs

zipzoomfly = sometimes lower prices, and free 2nd day shipping

Newegg has rigid training to their customer sales reps. Some top agents can asnwer 300 phones calls a day to solve your problems. Their price is always good cuz their markup is around 10% or less. That's why they can't afford that much free shipping anymore. They used to lay off people due to great loss in free shipping. Now They learn the lesson and we pay the money.
