Why no ASUS P4S8X review?

I just read the new Gigabyte 8SG667 review as well as the previous reviews for other 648 chipset mobos (Shuttle, MSI and Abit).

The Asus P4S8X has been on sale since at least last Thursday on newegg... I still can't find the Gigabyte or MSI on there! Why isn't there a review of the Asus yet? I want to see what this thing is capable of!

Have you tried doing a google search???? Oh and BTW, there are numerous reviews of the P4S8X! Look in the Motherboard Forum and the A/T front page!

Ok ok... So I'm definately a fool for not googling it...

But I have excuses:
1) New to AT - didn't really know about hte Mobo Forum
2) There really doens't seem to be a review dedicated to it on AT or Tomshardware or SharkyExtreme or HardOCP, etc... Searching for it on AT finds nothing and browsing all mobo reviews shows nothing for this model.
3) AND...., I'll shut up.

Evan prolly just hasn't gotten one from Asus, I know if you PM'ed him he'd be willing to give you some kind of response, as a matter of fact, I may just do that

We have the board in our NC office, I have to get it out to Evan but he's got a number of other boards on his plate right now so the review won't be ready for a matter of weeks. The main holdups are other KT400 solutions and nForce2 boards.

Geez! He isn't a member for a week and The Boss posts in his thread! What an honor! I've been posting for two years...

FYI, trasko is a CS grad from GA Tech...he and I are partners in crime if you haven't noticed. After all these years of seeing my addiction to the AT community, he finally registered!!!
