Demand exceeds supply is justification? So what you're saying
what I am saying is that it must be hot to some people, for them to disappear so quickly, and for other people to be postiing that they are out of stock within minutes (implying that they wanted to buy one to but couldn't, why else would they have gone and looked?)
just for example, these radeon cards sell for maybe half the new price, and 20% or more below the best final cost of the last 20 ebay auctions. So you get 'em there cheaper than you can get 'em anywhere else, and they are items that people clearly want. If not that, then HOW ELSE DO YOU DEFINE A HOT DEAL?
FYI I can attest that on at least a couple occasions there are more than one, since I have gone and bought one, and then gone back to look & saw they are still in stock.
I agree one person's hot deal is another person's so-what. But that's true of everything. For the most part these refurb alerts have had VERY descriptive subjects, so why can't you do what I and most other people do with deals that are clearly identified but we are not interested in -- just pass over them without comment? Why start/read a thread that is clearly WAY more out of line to the forum than the one you are ragging about?
I appreciate the effort, but could you posters also include the regular newegg price and the lowest pricewatch price? Usually, by the time i check both of those out, the card is sold.
ummm ... people are giving each other tips here, not offering free research services! Frankly, if this kind of stuff were required, a lot of people wouldn't even bother to post.
