Is this the response you expect from a company that supplies some of the most popular motherboards in the industry? As a sidenote, I had already tried his "remedy." my point is not the issue of why the motherboard isn't working, its the quality of the response.

I cannot get this motherboard to post with my 90mm 939 Athlon 3200+. Can you please send an
updated bios chip (1008) so I can get this thing working?

Sir , Maybe you needn't other bios chipset . Please use single channel memory inserted DIMM B1 slot to boot up and flash to BIOS 1007 or above to solve the problem.

Afterward, everything will be back to normal .
PS: We can't send you a alone bios chip.because the mb's an mac address, 1394 address are writen in the bios chip .if we send you a bios chip with program, the addresswill be error . if you want to need it , please contact your reseller
