because drifting is required to go fast in rally racing. I love rally racing game the most too, it's super intense.

10mins of nothing but rally crashes with no SHIT music or other bullshit, straight engine sounds.
And you like many people here that like to bash nascar have no idea what is involved with the sport. Yes, 99% of the fans of beer drinking rednecks and the cars are antiquated carb'd cars. But that doesn't mean the drivers are not highly skilled and the competition is intense. There is a reason that drivers that are top tear drivers in other disciplines struggle at best in nascar. Nope, I am not saying nascar drivers are the best in the world. They would struggle just as much going to another discipline, the point is that they are not a bunch of backward fools that can't drive. If it's so easy go out and show them how to do it and you will be a millionaire next week.
Like all forms of racing, love only a few.
Rally, I can't get into that much. They race against a clock. That's like qualifying in any other motorsport.
But damn. Some friggin impressive moments there.
that led me to click a variety of related links.
notably, Latvala's 2009 Portugal crash (yikes! and they were unharmed?! damn).
And then, I found this:

those cars must be unimaginably reinforced in the front, considering smaller animals often lead to devastating crashes at far slower speeds.
Then again, horses are a good height off the ground. Maybe far less weight was concentrated in a small area, and it just rode up on the hood and then kicked its shoes off as it went flying.

for the lulz let's just make the events dry
If you like left turns...
Racing while there's like 10 other cars within 30 feet of you takes skill.
