So late last year the city decided to reconsturct a section of a road I take every morning to work. The section is about a mile long with 4 lanes total, 2 in each direction. A sign was posted that construction will be done by March. Middle of March comes and I start noticing less and less workers out there working on it. So far they do have all lanes repaved and a concrete divider up but all traffic was being diverted to only 2 lanes seperated with only cones. For the rest of March no work was done at all but some mornings there was a truck out there just moving cones around. One morning they moved one side of traffic over to the lane across the divider but still only had 1 lane in each direction. The next morning they moved it back. About a week later they move one side of traffic over the divider again. So far they have kept it that way but no more work has been done since and the sign has now changed to December as a finish date.
