I said this in another thread, but I'll repeat it here.

In my opinion, the Eagles have one chance to win, and thats to score big, early. The Pats don't lose leads, and they don't lose close games.

What matters is how a coach approaches an playoff game and how he alters his game plan to defeat that team. Bellicheck does that to perfection while Reid just plays the same game plan. I don't even care for the patriots, I just like interesting football, which Bellichek provides.

I'm going to laugh when this thread gets bumped on sunday. I don't want to put any money on it because: a. I'm going to be driving home during the superbowl, and b. I envision the pats squeeking by with a 3 or 6 point lead.

even if you want to bet who wins AKA a moneyline if are getting 1:1 and betting on the eagles you are only cheating yourself because you can get probably betting 100 in a straight up would net you 250-350 (not sure about the current moneyline) provided the eagles win

i have not seen any ridiculous claims that say the eagles are going to win by 2+ TD's

every Eagles fan in this thread has said the Eagles won't be a pushover while the Pats are calling for a blowout

I am expecting them to cover +7 but to all those that are saying Pats by two TD's i said i will put $500 on +14 eagles since they are so confident

so if you bet 100 for eagles straight up victory and you get 325

the issue really is, who the hell have the iggies beat? atlanta? minny? atlanta i think is the only team to finish with an 11-5 record and basically managewd to only score about the same amount of points as they allowed. an amazijng feat if you think of it. minny just has no guts, a wanna be team under tice, and i'm a vilkings fan since i was a kid, my second favorite team behind the pats.

i think the pats win, but i really don't see a blow out. the only valid point the moose makes is the mcnab threat due to the fact the pats still have such a thin secondary. but giving two weeks to belicheck to prepare for anyone is pretty much unfair.
